سياسة الاسترجاع والإلغاء

منتجاتنا ملفات رقمية بتوصل فورًا، علشان كده سياسة الاسترجاع كالتالي:

من حقك تسترجع المبلغ كامل لو الملف موصلكش خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.
أو لو الملف تالف أو مش بيفتح وماقدرناش نبعتلك نسخة سليمة خلال 7 أيام من إبلاغك.
أو لو اتخصم منك المبلغ مرتين لنفس الطلب.

تقدر تلغي الطلب وتسترد المبلغ كامل قبل تحميل الملف.
بعد تحميل الملف أو فتحه، لا يمكن الإلغاء إلا في الحالات المذكورة فوق، لطبيعة المنتج الرقمي.

ابعت على Admin@coreadvisory.org أو كلمنا على 01214448116 برقم الطلب والإيميل المستخدم وسبب الطلب، خلال 7 أيام من الشراء. بنراجع الطلب خلال يومين عمل.

المبلغ بيرجع بنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، وعادة بيظهر في حسابك خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل حسب البنك. كل المبالغ بالجنيه المصري (EGP).

Refunds: full refund if the file is not delivered within 7 days of purchase, if the file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working copy within 7 days of your report, or in case of duplicate charges.
Cancellation: orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the file is downloaded. After download, cancellation is not possible except in the cases above, due to the digital nature of the product.
How to request: email Admin@coreadvisory.org or call 01214448116 with your order number within 7 days of purchase. Requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days depending on your bank. All amounts are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
